As expected we provide assembly, welding, finishing, inserting and powder coating. All of our plant has been purchased with our customers in mind and capital investment is, and will always be, an ongoing plan for Hallmark. We need and expect to be able to compete on a level playing field with our competitors whether they are on or off shore.
